馬爾他的郵局 虞和芳 25.2.2020發佈 馬爾他是一個可愛的國家，它不但跟歐洲有極密切的歷史關係，在歷史的洪流中，少數的人曾跟入侵的民族通婚。他們一直都是接受外來入侵者的統治和文化，但是馬爾他保留其獨立的人種和語言。馬爾他對待外國人友善，沒有仇恨。 馬爾他獨立是在1964年。 馬爾他的人有中國的人情味，這點很難得。 我們有一位建築師F雖然有時很火他，不過他一來，一副和善的面容，講話不卑不亢，使人一肚子的氣會全消。 馬爾他的人不準時，這是我們的第一個印象，可是來幫忙我們兩位不同的Joe，從來不曾遲到過，準時得很。 去年12月，南華大學的一位學生怡婷寄來她的兩本論文。 我在2018年10月，曾受到她論文指導的張教授邀請，當她論文口試的一位委員。她的論文參考很多的書籍資料，加上自己的獨特觀察看法，寫的非常的傑出。 可是這本書就是一直沒有下落。請她寄來當時包裹的號碼，以便查詢。 查詢過程，對方說，會請人來聯繫，可是都不曾說明到底它在哪裡，何時能夠投遞。 直到2月21日，S去郵局詢問，才拿到這個包裹。 今天接到郵局來mail，說此信在21日已經提取。 拿到此包裹，它沒有遺失，心中放下一塊大石。看到怡婷的兩本碩士論文，對馬爾他郵局的辦事拖延，惹起許多的枝節詢問，內心的擔心，焦急和火氣，立即煙消雲散。 當我今天讀到馬爾他郵局的信件後，即給對方去信說明它的原委，並感謝。 Dear Malta Post: Good morning. I gave him the mighty power and copied my identities of German passport and Malta Residence card with the corresponding letters over this item. The item was in Cospicua Maltapost, never sent to me.  Mr. Rokoss brought this packages back. I was so happy it did not get lost. Inside were two beautiful master degree works of Miss Wang Yi-Ting. She was twice in Malta. The title of her master work: The Study on the Strategies and Tactics for The Knights of St. John in the War of The Great Siege of Malta,1565 Adviser: Hsin-Yi Chang,Ph.D. November 2019 The professors and students of Nanhua Universities were invited three times by the Dolphin Foundation. They were impressed with Malta Cultural Heritage, so am I. I published a book over Malta in Chinese, one book is in the library of China Cultural Centre Valletta.
