人與人之間通信交往的樂趣 虞和芳 14.9.2020發佈
下面錄下一封給台大1965年電機系畢業同學的一封回信。其中談到的一位是張系國，他是一位作家，同時也是科幻小說家。
宇平：
今天看到你的來信，讀到你跟classmate交往的信件，和看到你們的照片。感謝轉寄分享。
你 deeply bothered by a meeting where everyone would be participating just for the sake of participating. 你有你特別的看法。這是你的不人云亦云的瀟灑作風。
你寄來的那個有關31歲過世的Elliot Dallen，他表達對他發現人生重要的5件事。

他自己早早過世，沒有後代，卻想到在他死後生存的地球人們，他好可愛，這是他令人對他的懷念。他比我們幸福或說不幸，這樣年輕輕的早世。

San Jose 山裏的小屋，现 在根本不能去了。你看，我在西部买地盖小屋，在台湾买小公寓，自以为计划 。。。
李珠:我在新竹有个小公寓，随时。。。
死了好些人。这都是急不得的。川普只会说大话，你真要他打，他也不敢打，或者假打， 反正他一身都是谎。看来他还会连任，白登太老实斗不过。美国因此衰落，这也是冥冥定 数。我们这一辈子看过许多大起大落，值了。

這是人算不如天算，但是系國雖然目前不能夠到那些地方，但是他慷慨，讓Julie可以住。這也是此屋有了它的作用，並不是完全為己，以後也捐獻出去。

Maybe our souls are like energy "entropy" which never disappears. Nonetheless, I have absolutely convinced myself that heaven is a very boring place -- except I might meet Julie again in heaven!

Go ahead and google "Taheebo Tea" and "NFD". I am still very upset with Timothy for not telling me about his brain cancer. Leland Chung at CSMC had three years of research into Taheebo tea and NFD. He himself had brain surgery to remove a tumor. He now drinks Taheebo tea everyday to prevent the tumor from coming back. My company one day will deliver NFD directly into cancer cells in lieu of western medicines. Stay tuned.“

In 2008, at the heat of financial crisis, the CEO of CitiBank Charley Prince said: "We have to dance when the music is still on", which was referring to the derivative trading that caused the collapse of the financial world. 滾滾長江東逝水, 浪花淘盡英雄, 是非成敗轉頭空, 青山依舊在, 幾 度夕陽紅 Indeed, fast forward to 2020, David Tsai and I are still trading the stock options and the stock market is again at the all time high. We both are proud of making "spending money" from our option trading. Cheers. “

那位31歲過世的Elliot Dallen，他建議的5項，並非是每個人的人生意義。但是他的It is important to let yourself vulnerable and connect to others，非常重要讓自己變得脆弱並與他人建立聯繫。
有人可能會持相反的看法。這正是發言的重要性。
Elliot Dallen的感恩和為後代人的看法，看出他是一位值得讓人敬愛的年輕一代，卻可惜早早喪生。你們發展的drug，實現的話，一定會帶給人類很多的恩澤。
